Robert M. Teeter was born on February 5, 1939 in Coldwater, Michigan. He received a B.A. from Albion College in 1961, and an M.A. from Michigan State University in 1964. He was a Graduate Assistant at Albion College from 1961 to 1964, and an instructor at Albion College from 1964 to 1966. Since 1967 he has worked for Market Opinion Research Corporation in Detroit, Michigan, serving as Executive Vice President from 1973 to 1979, and President since 1979.
